e-Agriculture refers to use of ICT in agriculture.

ICT stands for Information and Communication Technology. Now a days in today's digital world It is the best and broadest platform that provides scope for every digital person to be a part of it. Wheather it is a common man, a housewife, a student, an employee, a politician, a filmstar , a scientist, a teacher, a doctor or even a child we can notice that almost every age group and professional group of people on our globe is using ICT to perform certain activity like watching movies, playing games, reading books/daily news paper, learning, entertaining, doing research work, diagnose the diseases, shoping, communicating with our beloved ones and many more. ICT has already became one of the most important and principal part of our daily life.
Here I want to express my appreciation on It's application and usefulness mainly on teaching-learning process since education is the base of every child. ICT in teaching learning process is accepted globally mainly due to the following advantages:-
*For it's accuracy, time saving, efficiency, easy accessibility and user friendly characteristics it has already became popular through out the globe .
* It provides vast knowledge, limitless space to the user/child/person to gain and share their knowledge.
*Within few seconds we able to perform multiple tasks even sitting at our home just by using our finger tip .It offers quick and convenient access to information that wasn’t available beforehand.
* It allows us to get connected to the each and every point of our globe through any electronic device with internet connection.
*It is helpful both Students and teachers in the teaching learning process .
Ex-Online training, online teaching learning, distance learning, mentaining office records and students' data electronically all are performed through ICT easily.
*It reduces load of paper work and also safe to keep official records for future use without any fear of destroy.
*Interactive and exciting teaching packages that are used widely on multimedia which provides information in an attractive and innovative ways.
*The use of ICT technology is highly significant in the fields of problem solving, comprehension, mathematical layout and composition that will endure learning as well as effective functioning throughout the life.
*ICT helps in linking schools on an international level.
Though now a days almost every educational institutions started seeing integration and implementation of 'Information and Communication Technology' in education as a thoughtful and a systematic approach towards assessing the entire process of designing, learning, utilizing, evaluating, developing and managing the instructional strategies still in many rural areas the schools have not adopted ICT in their teaching learning process due to certain reasons. That's why children belong to these locations are remaining very backward and unable to compete with the modern, advanced, digital world. But this Covid19 pandemic made the whole world to realize the necessity and importance of ICT to perform our task even during an adverse situation.
